Electrifying Shimano's 12-speed gravel component family, the new 2x12-speed GRX RX825 Di2 components combine Shimano's unrivalled electronic shifting with optimized gearing options for riding, racing, and all-day adventures.

Included in the groupset are two SD300 E-Wires. We included 1200mm for attachment to the rear derailleur. Please select the length of wire you require for the front derailleur based on the size of your frame.

Shimano GRX RX825 12-speed adopts the semi-wireless design of Shimano’s 12-speed electronic road bike groupsets, with wireless shifters and semi-wireless front and rear derailleurs. It is pitched at roughly the same level as Shimano’s Ultegra Di2 R8100 and Deore XT M8100 components and is only available as a double or 2x12 groupset.

Shimano GRX Di2 12-Speed Dual Control Levers
The 12-speed SHIMANO GRX Di2 Shifters deliver fast, wireless shifting for gravel and mixed-terrain riding. The ergonomic lever features raised hoods, ribbed surface texture, and an anti-slip coating on the brake lever for increased security and control. The hood body is newly optimized for seamless integration with flared handlebars while retaining the gravel-specific third button location. To complete the cockpit, RX825 levers are compatible with three satellite shifter options and feature 'Shimano Front Shift Next' functionality to maximize rider customization options.

Shimano GRX Flat Mount Hydraulic Disc Callipers
The GRX BR-R820 disc brake calliper brings a new level of control to gravel cycling with enhanced modulation and a quicker initial braking point. And despite its smaller construction, the system is quieter and easier to maintain.

Shimano GRX Di2 12-Speed Rear Derailleur
As part of the move to a semi-wireless setup, the new GRX Di2 RD-RX825 rear derailleur takes on the role of the groupset’s ‘brain’. This negates the need for a separate Di2 junction box elsewhere in the system. The charging port has also been relocated to the rear derailleur, as has the groupset’s wireless connectivity. The new GRX Di2 RX-RX825 rear derailleur has been redesigned with the electronics from the Dura-Ace Di2 R9200 rear derailleur.

Shimano GRX FC RX820 12-Speed Chainset
The SHIMANO FC-RX820-2 balances weight savings and optimal efficiency for mixed-terrain riding and racing. Double chainring gearing caters to the segmented demands of gravel cycling, maintaining the tighter gear steps needed to maintain your position in the bunch. The 2x12-speed crank utilizes a 48-31T chainring and comes in 170, 172.5, and 175 mm crank arm lengths.

Shimano HG710 12-speed Cassette
The 11-36T 12-speed cassette offers a wide gear range of 327%. From sprinting on the flats to steep climbs, you can choose the best gear ratio to suit every situation. Gear steps are optimized for pedalling efficiency, with the first eight cogs focusing on a natural and comfortable connection, and the largest four cogs allowing you to select from a wide range of gears while avoiding abrupt gear ratio changes.

Shimano M8100 12-Speed Chain
The CN-M8100 XT/Ultegra chain is exactly the same as found on Shimano’s latest Ultegra and Deore XT groupsets. It features Shimano’s Sil-Tec treatment, which is a fluorine-based plating claimed to reduce friction and drivetrain noise, and improve durability.

The groupset does not include rotors.
